refactor(lanes): drop the workflow skills and Superpowers link; pipelines go dormant
The plugin stops shipping its workflow layer: - skills/ship-feature and skills/ship-feature-lane, the 18 stage/ship slash commands (plugin.json keeps agenthub-doctor/update/open), and all four agents/ (qc-local, senior-gate-reviewer, backend-reviewer, frontend-reviewer). - CLI `agenthub skills install`, `agenthub lanes agents install`, `agenthub ship-full|ship-quick`; routes POST /api/skills/install and POST /api/lanes/:id/agents/install; the Settings button, the lane Tools menu item and the Add-lane setup step that called them. - The Superpowers auto-install: server/lib/skill-plugins.js, the bootstrap's autoInstallSkillPlugins / skillPluginsSettled gate and the doctor row. Pipelines are kept but dormant: server/data/pipelines/ is deleted, so no template ships. `default` resolves to EMPTY_PIPELINE (no nodes, progress 0), createLane still accepts it, POST /api/lanes/:id/stage answers 400 ENOPIPELINE, and the Workspace hides the stage timer, pickers, PipelineMap and strip stage chip for a lane with no nodes. A template dropped into DASHBOARD_PIPELINES_DIR turns it all back on. The server suite loads its templates from server/__tests__/fixtures/pipelines/. Docs: CLAUDE.md (marker, retired rules), README(.vi), INSTALL, ARCHITECTURE, docs/LANES|PLUGINS|CLI|API, agenthub-introduction.html.

| `agenthub lanes add --cwd <path> --title <text>` | Adopt an existing directory as a lane |
| `agenthub lanes add --repo <path> [--title <text>] [--base <branch>] [--slug <slug>]` | Provision a dashboard-managed git worktree as a new lane |
| `agenthub lanes profile init <repo> [--force]` | Detect a Node.js project (single-service or backend+frontend monorepo) and scaffold `.agenthub/profile/`. Refuses to overwrite an existing one without `--force` |
| `agenthub lanes pipeline [<template-id>] [<id>]` | Show which pipeline template a lane renders against, plus the available templates and their node counts; pass a template id to switch. An unknown id is refused (`400 EBADPIPELINE`), and a switch that leaves the lane's current stage unresolvable warns |

| `agenthub lanes pipeline [<template-id>] [<id>]` | Show which pipeline template a lane renders against, plus the available templates and their node counts (none until you install one in `DASHBOARD_PIPELINES_DIR`); pass a template id to switch. An unknown id is refused (`400 EBADPIPELINE`), and a switch that leaves the lane's current stage unresolvable warns |
| `agenthub lanes profile check [<path>]` | Validate a profile — parses, every referenced hook exists and is executable, no leftover `TODO:`, declared ports free. `<path>` defaults to the current directory (not a lane id) |
| `agenthub lanes reset\|remove\|purge <id> [--force] [--keep-db] --yes` | Show preflight facts, then perform a destructive action. Refuses without `--yes`; `--force` is required when commits are unpushed; `--keep-db` (`reset` only) skips dropping/recreating a data-isolated lane's database |
| `agenthub ship-full "<requirement>" [<id>] [--print]` | **The 16-stage lane pipeline.** Puts the lane on the `ship-feature` template and starts a `claude` session running its skill (`/agenthub:ship-feature-lane`): implement → gates → e2e → review → local QC → senior GO/NO-GO → push branch + open PR, then watches the PR until a human merges it. Use when the work should end in a reviewable PR |
| `agenthub ship-quick "<requirement>" [<id>] [--print]` | **The 8-stage in-repo pipeline.** Puts the lane on the `default` template and runs its skill (`/agenthub:ship-feature`): plan → implement → tests → review → gate → ship. No PR, no browser QC. Use for work that stays in the working copy |
| `agenthub stage <stage> [--tool claude\|codex] [--evidence <text>] [--note <text>] [--result pass\|fail]` | Declare the lane's current pipeline stage. Called by a skill at each phase boundary. `<stage>` may be a node id or one of its template's aliases; a name matching neither is still recorded but warns on stderr (exit stays `0`) that the pipeline map won't show it. `--tool` picks between a `claude` and a `codex` lane sharing one directory |

| `agenthub stage <stage> [--tool claude\|codex] [--evidence <text>] [--note <text>] [--result pass\|fail]` | Declare the lane's current pipeline stage. Called by a skill at each phase boundary. With no pipeline template installed (AgentHub ships none — see [Custom pipeline templates](LANES.md#custom-pipeline-templates)) it answers `400 ENOPIPELINE`. `<stage>` may be a node id or one of its template's aliases; a name matching neither is still recorded but warns on stderr (exit stays `0`) that the pipeline map won't show it. `--tool` picks between a `claude` and a `codex` lane sharing one directory |
| `agenthub feature list [<id>]` | List every feature this lane has activated, archived or live |
| `agenthub feature activate <slug> [--title text] [<id>]` | Switch to a feature by slug (echoes the canonicalized slug), archiving the current one first |
| `agenthub feature show <slug> [<id>]` | Show one feature's saved pipeline — works on an archived one too |

`agenthub ship-full` / `agenthub ship-quick` both resolve the lane from the working directory (or take a lane id), pass the requirement to `claude` as one argv element — never through a shell — and accept `--print`, which shows the exact command, switches no template and runs nothing. The skill string itself lives in the template's `skill` field; a template without one makes the command refuse rather than guess.

**Runtime** — the lane's own application stack, as opposed to `start`/`stop`, which drive its Claude run. Two lifecycles, one lane id. Each requires the repository to declare a profile at `<repo>/.agenthub/profile/` ([contract](LANES.md#lane-runtime-running-a-lanes-own-stack)); without one they report that nothing is configured rather than failing.
