+# Claude Code project memory (snapshot)

+A copy of the auto-memory Claude Code keeps for this project
+(`~/.claude/projects/<project>/memory/`): one fact per file, indexed by
+`MEMORY.md`. It records decisions, environment quirks and pitfalls learned
+while working on AgentHub that the code and git history do not show.
+
+- It is a SNAPSHOT: the live copy is the one on the developer's machine, and
+  this folder changes only when someone copies it again.
+- Notes that hold personal account details (Keychain item names, personal
+  GitHub/Supabase/Vercel accounts) are left out on purpose.
+- Every note reflects what was true when written; check a named file, flag or
+  command still exists before relying on it.
