feat(pet): remove the pet's chat
Each question started a full AI session (a heavy process on a shared server, and one of a member's 4). A click on the pet now opens its window (PetPanel): its name (rename), a pat, and the status strip. PetChat, its off-screen terminal, its AI hand-off and its strings are gone; the window is where the pet's own care comes next.
