feat(run): tool-aware model picker and run panel labels for codex lanes

Model dropdown now shows curated Claude vs Codex models per lane's tool,
and the run panel title/subtitle/binary-missing text switch between
"Chạy Claude"/"Chạy Codex" accordingly.
