test(client): refresh screen snapshots; cover Settings Data and About

Browse Source 
The UI audit changed roles, aria attributes, theme tokens and layout on
most screens; the snapshots are regenerated after review. General split
into General / Data / About, so the moved content gets its own two
snapshots.
