Was stacked on #13; #13 is now merged (a146284) and this PR is retargeted at main.

The repo shipped five install/publish surfaces that nothing in the project builds, tests, or documents as supported any more. Each carried its own stale docs. The container path additionally described a Dockerfile whose COPY statusline/ would have broken the image build the moment that directory went away — found by scanning every COPY target for existence.

Kept deliberately — the USER's containers, not ours

This is the line the change is careful about; none of these are ours to delete:

scripts/install-hooks.js container detection + AGENTHUB_ALLOW_CONTAINER_HOOKS — this is what guards issue #193 (a hook path written from inside a container poisoning a bind-mounted host ~/.claude), plus its test
server/lib/lane-detect.js docker-compose service detection and server/data/profile-templates/postgres-compose/ — a lane's own compose file
server/lib/stage-detect.js docker push detection
the host.docker.internal Prometheus notes in docs/API.md / server/routes/metrics.js
the Config Explorer's reads of the user's own ~/.claude/statusline.py (cc-discovery.js, cc-watcher.js)
.devcontainer/ stays as a dev environment; only its docker-in-docker feature is dropped, since it existed solely to build the Dockerfile this PR removes

Docs follow the code

ARCHITECTURE.md loses the VS Code, statusline and container sections plus two dead TOC anchors, and its PWA section is rewritten from three PWAs to one (every claim re-checked against client/public/sw.js and manifest.json). Same removals in INSTALL.md, SETUP.md, docs/DEPLOYMENT.md, server/README.md, client/README.md, docs/README.md, docs/HOOKS.md, docs/DATABASE.md. The Makefile target count in ARCHITECTURE.md is corrected 25 → 17 (it was already stale before this PR). docs/DEPLOYMENT.md keeps its Kubernetes section but now states outright that the repo ships no image — build your own — so image: agenthub:latest is not left dangling.
