Fixed in v1.6.9 (686b80b).

Reproduced against a live pane: Claude Code opens its slash-command menu as soon as / is typed and the Enter that follows lands on that menu, so /reload-skills was appended to the line still in the composer and the pane submitted /reload-plugins/reload-skills — run as /reload-plugins with an argument, which is why a prompt turn appeared and skills never reloaded. The two sends are now a second apart (SETTLE_MS in server/lib/cc-reload.js), same pause in the detached Update-all worker.
