feat: edit in the Changes panel, git graph history, plan quota (v2.3.0)

Đã xong trong bản v2.3.0 (https://git.smartgift.io.vn/Smartgift-AI/AgentHub/releases/tag/v2.3.0).

Chế độ History trong bảng Changes giờ hiển thị dạng git graph: mỗi nhánh có một làn màu riêng, merge và fork được nối với nhau bằng đường cong, bấm vào commit vẫn mở diff của commit đó như trước.

Để cập nhật: chạy /agenthub-update trong Claude Code (hoặc bấm Check for updates trong hộp thoại kết nối của dashboard).
