    AgentHub 2.2.0 adds AI-written commit messages, shows the Changes panel as a folder tree, lets an AI Router tell Claude Code which model it behaves as, and shows times on every session row in the sidebar.

    English

    • Times in the sidebar. Every session row shows when it was last active; a live New session or Terminal row shows when it started (closed Terminal rows already did).
    • Changes panel.
      • Files and Changes are one panel now; its switcher reads Changes · Files · Review · History.
      • Changed files are grouped in a folder tree, like JetBrains' commit view: single-child folders collapse into one row, each folder shows its file count and folds, and a folder can be staged or unstaged in one click.
      • The sparkle button beside Commit writes a commit message for what is staged, using your own claude CLI (Haiku, no tools, nothing saved as a session).
    • AI Router: "Behaves as". An optional Claude model id (for example claude-opus-5-5) that Claude Code treats the router's own model names as. Fill it in when Claude Code says a model "isn't described by this version's model catalog" (issue #56). It sets the context window, so name the model the router really sends to.
    • Closed terminals. A closed Terminal row in the sidebar can be removed from the list (hover ×, or right-click).
    • Terminal panes. Every pane's CLI now starts only once the browser has attached (at most 2 s), so nothing is drawn at the wrong width. Claude panes follow your own "tui" setting instead of being forced inline, which duplicated the banner when a pane narrowed. The tmux scrollbar is one column wide (a second column showed a ghost bar).
    • Updates. Check for updates in the connection details reopens an update notice you had closed.

    AgentHub 2.1.0 renames lanes to workspaces in the CLI and API (the old names still work), gives every workspace up to ten sessions in tabs of split panes, and adds a native Browse button to path fields.

    • Workspace names in the CLI and API. agenthub workspace … / agenthub workspaces and --workspace <id> are aliases of agenthub lanes / --lane. /api/workspaces serves the same routes as /api/lanes. The old names still work and print one note on stderr; they will be removed no earlier than the third release after this one. No stored data, table, env var or tmux name changes.
    • Ten sessions per workspace, tabs of split panes. A workspace now holds up to ten sessions (slots 0–9). Each console tab groups one to four split panes:
      • Ctrl/Cmd+click a tab, or drop a one-pane tab on a pane, to merge it into the tab on screen.
      • Closing a pane moves it out into its own tab.
      • Dropping a pane header on the tab bar detaches it.
      • A tab's × stops every session in it, after a confirmation.
    • Browse button beside path fields. It opens the operating system's own folder or file picker (zenity/kdialog on Linux; macOS and Windows not tested yet). It works only for a browser on the same machine. A browser elsewhere, including one behind a reverse proxy, or a server with no desktop gets the in-app folder browser instead.
    • Changes panel. The closed rail shows the number of uncommitted files, with the file list on hover. Images open in the viewer.
    • Status bar. It counts running sessions and sessions waiting for you, and Today shows only today's spend.
    • Plugin commands.
      • /agenthub-open and /agenthub-doctor now run from the installed build, even in a Claude Code session that was not restarted after an update.
      • /agenthub-doctor offers to fix what it reports. It lists the exact steps and runs them only after you approve them.
    • New terminal. The prompt no longer draws over itself on the first resize (issue #55).
    • Mixed versions on one database. An older dashboard sharing the same database cannot see or stop sessions in slots 4–9. Update every dashboard.

    AgentHub 2.0.1 fixes AI CLI detection on native Windows.

    English

    • AI tools are detected on Windows. Before this fix, GET /api/ai-tools (and Settings → Agents) reported every tool, Claude Code included, as not installed. Detection searched PATH for the bare name and never tried the extensions Windows uses for runnable files. It now tries each extension in PATHEXT (claude.exe, codex.cmd, …; default .EXE;.CMD;.BAT). npm's extensionless sh shim, which sits next to codex.cmd, is skipped because Windows can't run it.
    • Install / Update of npm-based tools on Windows. npm.cmd and npm-installed CLIs (.cmd) are now started through cmd.exe. Without that, Node refuses to start them (EINVAL). The commands come only from the release catalog.
    • On Windows, after updating (/agenthub-update), click Refresh in Settings → Agents, or call POST /api/ai-tools/refresh.

    Workspace terminals still need tmux, so on Windows run AgentHub under WSL2 to use them.

    AgentHub 2.0.0 reworks the dashboard around workspaces (previously "lanes"), modelled on Claude Desktop. It also adds a VS Code-style session view and makes the server safer for long-term use.

    Workspaces

    • The sidebar lists workspaces with their own sessions. Each session row shows a state dot and its AI tool, and supports rename, archive and a tool filter.
    • Every workspace has a home page with a prompt box (AI tool, model + effort, AI Router, permission mode, Local / New worktree), Recents, Instructions, Memory, Context files and extra folders.
    • A workspace lists only the sessions it owns. Codex and Antigravity sessions are claimed by their workspace even without hooks.
    • AI tool and AI Router are chosen per session. A session can run in its own claude --worktree, and Fork sits beside Resume.
    • Opening an ended session shows its conversation in the workspace. Only sending a message resumes it.

    Session view

    • Console tabs (up to 4) with New terminal. Panes split like VS Code: drag, swap, split right/down. Edge-to-edge layout.
    • Terminal: find bar, clickable links, OSC 52 copy, a reconnect overlay, screen-reader mode, Alt+1–4 / Alt+\ / Alt+W.
    • tmux scrollbar you can drag: Claude panes now render inline (CLAUDE_CODE_DISABLE_ALTERNATE_SCREEN=1) so tmux keeps history, and the scrollbar is wider and visible. This applies to newly started panes.
    • Right-click menus on every item that has actions.

    Settings & UI

    • Settings at /settings/<section> with a grouped nav and search. There's a page per agent and new pages for Data, About, Cost and Pet.
    • Orca Dark / Orca Light themes, a sound per notification type, and custom pets for the mascot.
    • Shared toasts, confirm dialogs and modal focus handling; contrast fixes (accent-solid); lazy-loaded routes.
    • Status bar: connection, running / needs-you counts, Today / Workspace / Session cost.

    Data & reliability

    • Daily cost is booked to the day tokens were spent (token_usage_hourly).
    • Long-term DB safety: synchronous = NORMAL, WAL size limit, hourly maintenance. Stored hook payloads are trimmed; the full text stays in transcripts.
    • Event-loop fixes: GET /api/workflows no longer freezes the server (window query in a read worker, index restored).
    • Plugin installs without a better-sqlite3 build boot again. Checkout hooks are no longer installed beside the plugin's own, which had doubled events.
    • The terminal attaches with the running tmux server's own binary, which fixes open terminal failed: not a terminal after a tmux upgrade.
    • Codex session transcripts are shown on the session page.

    The UI calls lanes workspaces. API paths, the CLI and the database are unchanged (/api/lanes, agenthub lanes).

    AI Tools: any AI coding CLI in a lane, with its own settings, models and costs — plus live lane status and a markdown preview.

    English

    • AI Tools catalog (#40). AgentHub now knows 38 AI coding CLIs (Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity, Gemini, OpenCode, Qwen Code, Cursor, …), finds the installed ones on your PATH, and lets a lane run any of them. The AI Tools button at the right of the Settings tab bar lists them with an enable switch, Set default, Install and Update; the catalog refreshes daily from the newest release.
    • Add lane picks the tool with one button, showing the chosen tool; click it to choose among the enabled tools. The run form has a per-run red Bypass permissions switch (never remembered).
    • Codex and Antigravity sessions, tokens and cost. Codex rollout journals and Antigravity's conversation files are read into Sessions with their token usage and cost. Optional Codex hooks and Antigravity hooks (installed only on a click) add a live timeline and running/idle. The Antigravity hook never answers a permission.
    • Model lists from each tool. The run form's model picker lists the tool's own models: Codex from its models cache, Claude's aliases labelled with the newest version (e.g. "Sonnet (latest · 5.5)") plus exact versions, Gemini-family tools from the pricing table and their own sessions; Custom… still takes any id. Each tool can have a default model; a resume keeps the session's own model.
    • Prices that keep up. New Claude / GPT (5 and later) / Gemini (3 and later) models are priced as soon as LiteLLM lists them, before you use them, and their rates follow the published list (Auto badge). Rows you edit or delete are never changed or brought back.
    • A Settings tab per tool. Every installed, enabled tool gets its own tab: where it lives, homepage, Update, sessions/cost and its lanes, default model, its vendor's pricing, and its config files (e.g. ~/.gemini/settings.json, GEMINI.md) — edited safely: syntax-checked, backed up, never a login/credential file, never saved over a file that changed meanwhile. Claude Code and Codex keep their tabs; their AgentHub settings (pricing, hooks, home folder) now sit under Overview.
    • Settings survive updates. CLAUDE_HOME / CODEX_HOME changes are saved to ~/.config/agenthub/settings.env instead of the plugin folder.
    • Markdown preview (#52). .md files open with a Preview / Raw toggle in the config explorer and in the Changes panel.
    • Fix: a newly started session no longer shows dead until you refresh.
    • Fix: two dashboards sharing one database (e.g. the plugin's and a dev checkout) now show each other's lane changes within 2 s, and no longer crash when started at the same moment on a fresh database.
    • Fix: a plugin update installed from a terminal but not yet running is reported ("… installed, not running") instead of "Up to date", and a failed release check says Could not check for updates.

    A leaner plugin: the workflow skills are gone and pipelines are dormant.

    • Workflow skills removed. The plugin no longer ships the ship-feature / ship-feature-lane skills, the 18 stage slash commands (/intake … /done, /ship-full, /ship-quick) or the four subagents (qc-local, senior-gate-reviewer, backend-reviewer, frontend-reviewer). Gone with them: agenthub skills install, agenthub lanes agents install, agenthub ship-full|ship-quick, Settings → Lanes Install ship-feature-lane skill, the lane Tools menu's Install agents, and the agents step of Add lane's setup. The plugin keeps /agenthub-doctor, /agenthub-update, /agenthub-open and its utility skills.
    • No more Superpowers link. The bootstrap no longer installs the superpowers plugin and /agenthub-doctor no longer checks for it.
    • Pipelines are dormant. No pipeline template ships any more. Lanes still work; with no template a lane has no stages, agenthub stage answers ENOPIPELINE, and the Workspace hides the stage timer, pipeline/feature pickers and pipeline map. The stage, map and detection code is kept for later — drop a template JSON into DASHBOARD_PIPELINES_DIR to turn it back on (see docs/LANES.md).

    Antigravity lanes, one Undo/Keep per change block, and a leaner Codex lane.

    • Antigravity lanes. Add lane now offers Antigravity beside Claude Code and Codex. The lane runs Antigravity's agy CLI: the first prompt goes in with -i, Resume last session runs agy --continue. There is no model/effort/permission picker (agy has none), no pipeline and no AI Router, and --dangerously-skip-permissions is never passed. (#40)
    • One review bar per change block. In the Changes panel every run of +/- lines is its own section with its own Undo / Keep, instead of one bar for the whole @@ hunk. (#50)
    • Codex lanes carry no pipeline. No stage, no stage detection or reminders, no pipeline picker or map; the lane just shows running/idle. Old codex stage data and the old AGENTS.md stage block are cleaned up on start. The empty card that held only a "Codex" chip is gone, and the prompt box now says "Ask Codex anything…" / "Ask Antigravity anything…".
    • Click to edit. A whole file opens for reading; clicking its text enters the editor with the caret on that line.
    • macOS start at login. On a Mac the dashboard is kept running by a LaunchAgent, like the systemd service on Linux (untested on real hardware yet — checklist in INSTALL.md § macOS).
    • Fix: a lane whose Codex/Antigravity pane exited no longer stays "running" — the server releases it within 10 s.
    • Fix: Start on a Codex lane opens a fresh thread; only Resume last session continues the previous one.
    • Fix: files AgentHub writes into a lane (.claude/ router settings, .mcp.json) are hidden from git in worktree and sub-folder lanes too, so they no longer show up or get staged in the Changes panel; MCP sync no longer fails on worktree lanes.

    Resolve merge conflicts block by block, with each side clearly marked.

    • A real conflict view. Opening a conflicted file in the Changes panel shows every conflict block as its two sides — Mine (green) and Theirs (blue), labelled with the branch names from git — instead of raw <<<<<<< markers. Pick Keep mine, Take theirs or Keep both per block (undoable), jump between blocks with ^/v, then Save and mark resolved. Keep all mine / Take all theirs do the whole file; Edit by hand opens the plain editor. A file changed meanwhile is never overwritten. (#45)
    • Clearer conflict list. The Merge conflicts group uses labelled Keep mine / Take theirs buttons instead of arrow icons, and a conflicted file carries a red ! in the Files tree.
    • Fix: a conflicted file no longer appears three times in the Files tree.

    Log in to git from the dashboard, merge and resolve conflicts without a terminal, publish a new repo, and a round of macOS fixes.

    • Git asks you to log in instead of failing. A Fetch, Pull or Push against a remote that needs a login used to die with "terminal prompts disabled". The git bar now asks for a username and password or access token (on Gitea: Settings → Applications → Generate token) and retries. Tick Remember for everyone using this AgentHub to save it; a login is only ever sent to that repo's own server, saved only after it worked, and never shown again. Manage saved logins in Settings → Git credentials. (#45)
    • Merge from the dashboard. Pick a branch and choose Merge into current, or use Merge origin/… when your branch has diverged. If the merge stops on conflicts, the Changes panel lists them on their own with Keep mine, Take theirs and Mark resolved (after editing the markers out), then Complete merge — or Abort merge to go back exactly where you were. Rebase, reset and stash stay in the terminal. (#45)
    • Publish a repo that has no remote. Publish… adds origin from a URL you type and pushes; a branch that was never pushed shows Publish branch. A freshly git inited repo now shows its branch and "no commits yet" instead of looking broken, and Add lane steers it to a Repo lane. (#34)
    • macOS fixes. Lane panes no longer inherit the Claude Code session that started the dashboard, the agenthub command survives brew upgrade node, a stale entry from before a reboot is no longer mistaken for a running dashboard, and lanes under /tmp or a differently-cased folder now pick up their sessions. (#22) Starting the dashboard at login on macOS is not in this release yet.
    • Stopping one lane can no longer stop another. Ending lane 1 could hit lane 12's terminal, and DELETE /api/run/main could kill a tmux session of your own named main.
    • Smaller fixes. A router switch asks for a restart only when the pane is actually running; a second session in the same folder no longer clears the first one's "needs you" flag; an old database keeps each lane's AI Router choice when it is upgraded.

    Edit files in a full-screen explorer, see staged changes apart, drop images into the terminal, and get correct costs for new models automatically.

    • Full-screen Changes is an explorer. At full screen the file finder, expand-all and tree sit in a left sidebar, and any uncommitted file you open is ready to edit — no Edit click. Save and Cancel light up once you change something; Cancel puts the saved text back. Whole file switches back to the diff, and clicking another file with unsaved edits asks first.
    • Full screen no longer squashes the editor. Without a live run in the pane the editor shrank to a few lines; it now fills the screen.
    • Staged changes stand apart. The overview lists Staged Changes (what the next commit takes) above Changes (unstaged and untracked), like VS Code's Source Control.
    • Changed files stand out in the tree. The whole row takes its status colour, not just the letter.
    • Drag an image onto the terminal. Drop a png, jpeg, gif or webp onto a lane's terminal and its path is pasted in, so claude attaches it — the same as dropping a file into a local terminal.
    • Claude Opus 5.5 costs are right. It was being priced as Opus 5 ($5/$25); it now uses its own $4/$20 rates and matches Claude Code's /cost. Past sessions correct themselves after the update.
    • New models are priced automatically. A Claude model you use that has no price yet gets one from a public price list within minutes. Prices you set in Settings are never overwritten. Turn it off with AGENTHUB_PRICING_SYNC=0.
