Do not dispatch agenthub:* agents (frontend-reviewer, backend-reviewer, qc-local, senior-gate-reviewer) or invoke agenthub:* skills (ship-feature, ship-feature-lane, update-project-docs, …), even where CLAUDE.md says to prefer them.
Why: the user said (2026-09-24) they cost too much quota for what they deliver.
How to apply: do the review, docs and pipeline steps directly. A single non-agenthub reviewer is OK only when it's clearly worth it. The agenthub stage CLI calls are cheap reporting, and those are still fine.
