nntrivi2001 1b561c22d9 feat(lanes,ui): per-lane git surface — Changes panel, VS Code-style diff, branch-aware Add lane, redesigned tooltips (#34, #35)
- Changes card beside lane detail with five modes: Files tree, overview,
  Review (whole diff, per-file collapse), single file, commit history.
- LaneDiffView: unified / side-by-side with independent scroll on both axes
  and mirrored scrollLeft, expand/collapse context, intra-line emphasis.
- Staged-only commit box; git actions (fetch/pull/push/stage/unstage/
  discard/commit/switch/branch-create/branch-delete) guarded in git-ops.js.
- Server: git-diff.js + git-ops.js behind GET /api/lanes/:id/git/* and
  POST /api/lanes/:id/git/:action; gitFacts gains upstream/ahead/behind.
- Add lane: new/existing branch, current branch, worktree list, prefill
  from the git bar's "New lane here"; /api/run/cwds gains a repo kind.
- GlobalTooltip upgrades every native title into a themed anchored bubble;
  chart/info popovers use theme tokens.

/**
* @file Workspace.tsx
* @description Merged workspace page combining lanes (agent work units) and runs
* (CLI spawns: Claude Code or Codex, determined per lane). Displays a horizontal
* lane strip at the top (its first tile creates a lane), the selected lane's
* pipeline map, and run configuration/console/history below. Runs are tied to lanes: starting a run
* posts to POST /api/lanes/:id/start with tool-appropriate fields. When a cwd
* isn't owned by any lane, calls POST /api/lanes/ensure first. Polls GET
* /api/sessions?status=active alongside the run list so Claude Code sessions
* started outside the dashboard also appear in the active-runs list.

* MODULE_GUIDE — extended in-file reference (comments only; safe to read, never executed)
* =============================================================================
* ## Design constraints
* - Local-first: no telemetry leaves the machine unless the user configures webhooks.
* - Fail-safe hooks path on the server must never block Claude Code; UI mirrors that
* philosophy by degrading gracefully (empty states, stale badges, reconnect loops).
* - Destructive flows stay behind explicit confirmation modals and server-side gates.
* - Internationalization: user-visible strings belong in i18n JSON, not literals here.
* - The console never writes a lane's stage: no POST /api/lanes/:id/stage calls.
*
* ## Internal dependencies
* - `../lib/api` — REST client including lanes and run endpoints.
* - `../lib/types` — Lane, Lane Counts, run handles, etc.
* - `../lib/eventBus` — WebSocket subscription.
* - `../components/lanes/` — LaneCard, PipelineMap, DestructiveLaneModal.
* - `../components/run/` — RunConsole, RunSetup, RunHistory, ActiveRunsSwitcher.
*
* ## Public surface
* - `Workspace` — merged page; see TSDoc on the symbol for behavior.

page to read, beside the list rather than stacked under it.
The section itself is ALWAYS rendered, even with no lane selected:
`ConsoleArea` lives inside it, and a conditional wrapper would give
the console two render sites, so every flip of `currentLane` (lanes
arriving on mount, a lane removed, a refetch re-picking the
selection) unmounted the terminal and wiped a half-typed prompt.
Same rule as RunConsole's own collapse — hide with CSS, never by
unmounting. */}

surface for the same lane the console is driving, so it sits beside

unmounting is safe and keeps a closed panel from polling. */}

row of height on a panel whose point is the pipeline map further
