nntrivi2001 4aae61297f feat: analytics parity — tool cost, date ranges, budgets, query explorer, replay, snapshots (v2.4.0)
Analytics parity phases 2–7 (docs/plans/analytics-parity/), built on
138e706 and ported onto v2.3.1:
- Cost by AI tool (?tool= on cost/analytics/stats/workflows, by_tool,
  Codex fast/priority and flex tiers, agenthub_cost_usd_total{tool,model})
- Date ranges (from/to) on cost/analytics/workflows; Analytics range select
  with Today / This week (Monday) / This month (1st) / 7d / 30d / 90d / All /
  Custom; workflow filters carried into workflow-stats.js (read worker)
- Budgets and cost alerts as alert rule types (alert_rules rebuilt without
  its rule_type CHECK), GET /api/budgets/status, rule preview, spend pace,
  status-bar budget chip; rules stay editable in place
- Query Explorer (/query, allowlisted sort, CSV/JSON export) and scheduled
  reports (report_definitions/report_runs, Settings → Reports)
- Session Replay tab and immutable snapshots (session_snapshots, /snapshot/:token)
- Remote Codex sync, push ingest with a hashed token, privacy redaction and
  ignored folders (Settings → Data), Cursor sessions (no cost)
- Read-only MCP server, statusline, Grafana/Prometheus files

Also: resizable sidebar, pet run/wave animations, the workspace home keeps a
half-typed prompt, and the pre-commit hook runs only the related tests for a
small commit.

* @file useSagiPosition.ts
* @description AssistiveTouch-style draggable docking for the Sagi avatar. The
* avatar follows the pointer 1:1 while dragging (via Pointer Capture, so it
* keeps tracking even if the cursor outruns it), and on release snaps to the
* nearest left/right edge, remembering its vertical offset (persisted as a
* viewport fraction so it survives resizes). A small movement threshold tells
* a drag apart from a tap so dragging never opens the panel. The arrow keys
* move a focused avatar too (WCAG 2.5.7): ←/→ dock it to an edge, ↑/↓ step it.
* `moving` names the way it is heading — while dragged (cleared once the
* pointer rests) and during the glide to its edge — so a pet can run that way.
* It never rests over the fixed bottom status bar; by default it docks
* bottom-right just above it.

* MODULE_GUIDE — extended in-file reference (comments only; safe to read, never executed)
* =============================================================================
* **Purpose:** Sagi is the optional on-screen mascot assistant — quips, intents, and lightweight event reactions layered above the dashboard chrome. React hook: isolates side effects and subscription wiring so presentational components stay declarative.
*
* ## Design constraints
* - Local-first: no telemetry leaves the machine unless the user configures webhooks.
* - Fail-safe hooks path on the server must never block Claude Code; UI mirrors that
* philosophy by degrading gracefully (empty states, stale badges, reconnect loops).
* - Destructive flows stay behind explicit confirmation modals and server-side gates.
* - Internationalization: user-visible strings belong in i18n JSON, not literals here.
*
* ## Remote data & SSH
* Remote Data Sources let operators aggregate multiple machines. SSH entries describe
* how to reach a peer dashboard; the global data scope (`dataScope.ts`) narrows every
* scoped GET via `?sources=`. Health checks and import history surface in Settings.
*
* ## Internal dependencies
* - `./prefs`
*
* ## Public surface
* - `SAGI_SIZE` — exported API; see TSDoc on the symbol for behavior.
* - `SAGI_MARGIN` — exported API; see TSDoc on the symbol for behavior.
* - `SagiPlacement` — exported API; see TSDoc on the symbol for behavior.
* - `useSagiPosition` — exported API; see TSDoc on the symbol for behavior.
*
* ## Testing pointers
* - Prefer colocated `__tests__` with Vitest + Testing Library for UI.
* - Server contract changes require `npm run test:server` and OpenAPI sync.
*
* ## Related docs
* - `ARCHITECTURE.md` — hooks → API → SQLite → WebSocket → UI pipeline.
