Pham-Tan-Thien 0dce2ef812 feat: enforce exhaustive unit testing and 100% SonarQube branch coverage 
- Enforce mandatory handle() and failed() method testing for all Jobs and Commands
- Ban shallow reflection-only helper testing in Jobs
- Mandate actual SQLite in-memory query execution for Repositories (ban Builder::class assertions alone)
- Enforce full branch coverage for SonarQube (ternary, null-coalescing, catch blocks, match)
- Update JobTest templates for PHPUnit and Pest to include handle() and failed() methods
- Update verification checklist and master system prompt with strict branch gatekeepers

Pham-Tan-Thien c29bfb9c31 docs: standardize pro 3-step testing workflow and add SonarQube guide 
- Update README.md with recommended 3-step decoupled workflow (audit -> batch write -> terminal run)
- Add docs/10-sonarqube-100-percent-coverage-guide.md covering line/branch coverage and Clover XML export
- Update /laravel-unit-test skill definition prioritizing decoupled batch generation
- Fix remote installer URLs to official Smartgift Git server

Pham-Tan-Thien 2045c856e9 feat: complete Smartgift AI Laravel unit testing toolkit 
- Add 10 core testing guides (setup, AAA principles, PHPUnit/Pest, mocking, anti-patterns, PHP 8.4+, debugging, data factories, advanced edge cases)
- Add 13 component testing guides covering all Laravel layers
- Add standard templates for PHPUnit 10/11 and Pest v2/v3 including ArchitectureTest
- Add Docker smart test runner, dependency installer, and CI/CD templates (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Add 4 Claude Code skills (laravel-test-setup, laravel-unit-test with --all mode, laravel-test-review, laravel-mock-helper)
- Add single unified installer script (sg-install-unit-testing.sh) with global support, CLI runners, and 1-click updater (sg-test-update)
- Add comprehensive documentation (README.md, USAGE-GUIDE.md)
