fix(changes): long branch name truncates; armed Discard matches the row icons
The branch name was shrink-0, so a long one ran over the head sha and the action icons. It now truncates after the commit subject (full name in the tooltip). The armed per-file Discard is the trash icon plus a small red word on a faint tint, sized like its neighbours, instead of a bordered chip.
