chore: v2.8.75 — a page published from Claude's scratchpad keeps a viewable copy

- An artifact page published from the session's own scratchpad (where
  Claude Code's Artifact tool writes pages by default) now keeps a copy
  that viewers can preview here. Before, Preview said the file was gone.
