Claude Code project memory (snapshot)
A copy of the auto-memory Claude Code keeps for this project
(~/.claude/projects/<project>/memory/): one fact per file, indexed by
MEMORY.md. It records decisions, environment quirks and pitfalls learned
while working on AgentHub that the code and git history do not show.
- It is a SNAPSHOT: the live copy is the one on the developer's machine, and this folder changes only when someone copies it again.
- Notes that hold personal account details (Keychain item names, personal GitHub/Supabase/Vercel accounts) are left out on purpose.
- Every note reflects what was true when written; check a named file, flag or command still exists before relying on it.
