Phases 1–7 were built 2026-10-05 in worktree `../agenthub-analytics` (branch `analytics-parity`, base 138e706, never committed). Phase 1 (event payload trim) shipped in main on its own (215cae7).

|
||
2026-10-06: ported onto 837da6e5 (v2.3.1) in a throwaway worktree from the dangling snapshot commit `597b20e` (parent 138e706), then committed as 4aae6129 — see the SHIPPED line below.

|
||
Port decisions: Phase 1 hunks resolved to main's version (+ Phase 6 redaction chained in); workflow tool/range filters moved into `server/lib/workflow-stats.js` (main's read worker), not the old in-route code; `/api/pricing/cost` keeps main's `?date=` beside `computeCost`; Push ingest + Privacy cards on Settings → **Data** (main split General); Snapshot/Query pages lazy like main's; i18n merged 3-way by key; the spend-rule test lives in `AlertsNotifications.spend.test.tsx`.

Verified: tsc clean, client 1055/1055, server 2438/2439 (only `updates.test.js` "must run from a git checkout" — fails in ANY linked worktree, v2.3.0 too); boot on fresh DB, on a backup of the real 1.2 GB DB, and the same with better-sqlite3 blocked — same row counts, integrity ok. `/api/analytics` first call ~1.6–2.4 s cold on the real DB (main too), ~160–220 ms warm.

SHIPPED 2026-10-06 as v2.4.0 (4aae6129, release 549); the port worktree and branch are deleted, ../agenthub-analytics (uncommitted, old base) is now redundant. Left undone: OpenAPI entries for the new routes, live Codex overlay (deliberate), Cursor tokens/cost (no source), long-context pricing (deferred). Budgets are alert rules (no budgets table/page).
