nntrivi2001 17e4321761 fix(cc-config): read .claude.json from the same root the CLI writes it to
getClaudeJsonPath() was the only one of cc-discovery's 20 read paths not
derived from getClaudeHome(), so a CLAUDE_HOME install read one file while
the CLI wrote another. The default case was fixed by dropping the
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR pin; this closes the mirrored half.

Also replaces the Remove button's display-string comparison with a
removable flag from the reader: rewording the source label silently
resurrected a button that always fails.

nntrivi2001 6d27c115d8 fix(cc-config): MCP scope was inverted — expose user/local, not user/project
readMcpServers only ever parses ~/.claude.json (top-level = user scope,
projects[<root>] = the panel's "projectScoped" bucket, which the CLI itself
calls `local`). The previous user/project scope choice was the exact
inverse: `--scope project` writes .mcp.json, which readMcpServers never
reads (a successful add would vanish), and every "projectScoped" row was
actually `local`, so Remove sent a scope the CLI could never match.

- cc-mcp-cli.js: MCP_SCOPES -> ["user", "local"]; drop the local
mutationQueue/serialize in favor of cc-plugin-cli.js's exported one, so a
plugin install and an MCP add can't spawn `claude` concurrently; drop the
  String(v) coercion in env/header flags (a wrong-typed value is now a 400,
not a written "[object Object]"); assertEmbeddedValue allows empty strings
(a legitimate empty stdio arg was previously a 400).
- cc-plugin-cli.js: export `serialize` for reuse.
- CcConfig.tsx: CcMcpScope narrowed to user/local; the projectScoped bucket's
McpCard now sends scope="local"; rows sourced from
~/.claude/settings.json (no CLI scope addresses them) no longer render a
Remove button. Cleaned up i18n keys my own earlier change made dead
(explain.mcp.addCmd/remove/removeButton) and gave the scope <select> its
own short option labels instead of reusing full-sentence section headings.

nntrivi2001 fd4edaac98 feat(cc-config): add and remove MCP servers through the claude CLI
Mutation goes through `claude mcp add|remove`, never a direct edit of
~/.claude.json — the running CLI rewrites that file concurrently, so a
dashboard write would race it. Reads stay on readMcpServers.

The plan specified a --url flag; the real CLI (v2.1.266) has none —
commandOrUrl is positional, and --header must trail it or the variadic
flag swallows the url. Built against the verified shape.

nntrivi2001 ce64132771 feat(cc-config): edit settings.json values from the dashboard
Replace the batch multi-key settings.json editor with a recursive per-leaf
editor: each scalar value gets its own inline edit control, the dotted path
is rebuilt from the node's ancestry, and a redacted value renders as a
static non-editable chip. Saves go straight through the existing
PATCH /api/cc-config/settings per-key merge.

nntrivi2001 acff059e92 fix(codex-config): close whole-branch review defects in the Codex panel
Plugins/marketplaces GET routes were silently empty because codex-cli.js
never unwrapped the CLI's {installed,available}/{marketplaces} objects
into arrays; backup writes bypassed the symlink-escape guard entirely;
readFileSafe was stricter than every other Codex reader, showing a
symlinked skill/rule in the list and then refusing to open it;
marketplaceAdd only accepted http(s) URLs, rejecting owner/repo sources
the CLI itself takes. Also: docs drift, a dead i18n key, and a scope-cast
hazard in the shared Editor/ConfirmDelete modals.

Fixes, one per finding: unwrap installed/marketplaces in codex-cli.js so
every list route keeps returning a bare list; guard the backup path in
codex-mutate.js with the same assertNotSymlinkEscape the write path
already used (Claude's cc-mutate.js has no such guard on its primary
write path either, so left untouched there); relax readFileSafe's
containment to lexical-only, matching the other four Codex readers,
while leaving the write side's realpath check untouched; reuse
cc-plugin-cli's assertSource for marketplaceAdd instead of a third
validator (ssh remains out of scope, no credential story for it yet).

Server: 1557/1557 (was 1548). Client: tsc -b clean, 469/469 tests.

nntrivi2001 56bf5bbf4d fix(codex-config): close fix-round-1 parity gaps against CcConfig
Isolate the codex-CLI-backed reads (mcp/plugins/marketplaces) from the
file-backed ones in fetchAll via two independent Promise.all groups, so a
missing `codex` binary degrades only the mcp/plugins tabs instead of
leaving the whole panel stuck on skeletons. Generalize EditorModal's
nameless-type detection behind a `namelessTypes` prop (defaulting to
Claude's own ["memory"]) so Codex's config.toml can be created without a
name. Port BackupsModal, disable the plugin/mcp Remove button when no
stable identifier resolved, hide the inert search box on memory/config,
drop a redundant empty state, and reword the delete-dialog copy to be
tool-neutral.

mcp/plugins/marketplaces add-remove via the codex CLI) as the last piece
of parity with the Claude Code settings tab, plus the codex_config_changed
WebSocket type the client was missing, and docs for the new
/api/codex-config surface.

nntrivi2001 f6973d24d6 refactor(config): make EditorState/ConfirmDeleteState generic over the artifact type
Review feedback: string widening dropped the compile-time guard at the
write/delete boundary right where the Codex panel (the next task) starts
writing into this state. Threading <TType extends string = CcArtifactType>
through EditorState/EditorModal and ConfirmDeleteState/ConfirmDeleteModal
keeps CcConfig.tsx's write/delete calls checked against CcArtifactType by
default while still letting a Codex-typed caller instantiate its own union
later, removing the two `as CcArtifactType` casts.

nntrivi2001 865c6c1d1e refactor(config): lift the tool-agnostic config modals out of CcConfig
Moves FileViewer, EditorModal, ConfirmDeleteModal, ToastNotice, MdItemList,
ScopeBadge, and the shared atoms (Empty/SkeletonRows/CopyButton/formatBytes)
into client/src/components/config/ so the upcoming Codex config panel can
reuse them. EditorModal now takes a fetchContent callback instead of calling
api.ccConfig.file itself; CcConfig.tsx supplies the Claude-specific fetcher.
The moved EditorState/ConfirmDeleteState type field widens from
CcArtifactType to string so non-Claude callers can use them too, with a cast
at the two remaining Claude-specific call sites in CcConfig.tsx.

nntrivi2001 fe45644b31 feat(workflows): drop the patterns list and model delegation flow
Neither panel drove a decision: the detected-pattern ranking restated what
the orchestration DAG already shows, and the delegation flow's main→subagent
model pairing is visible in the per-session drill-in. Removes both components
and their i18n blocks, promotes the error-propagation map to full width, and
renumbers the remaining sections 4-7.

nntrivi2001 c7dbaf2d9f refactor: finish the AgentHub rename and drop the MCP server
Two leftovers from the rebrand, done together because they touch the same
docs and manifests.

**Data directory.** `agent-dashboard` could not simply be renamed in the
source: it names a real directory holding the live SQLite database. Startup
now moves it once, via `migrateLegacyDataDir()` in `server/lib/claude-home.js`
— a same-filesystem rename, so it is instant even at multiple gigabytes and
cannot leave two divergent copies. `getDataDir()` stays PURE and resolves to
the legacy path until the move happens; the first version of this put the
rename inside the getter, which meant `npm run test:server` relocated the
developer's real database as a side effect. The call sits behind
`require.main === module` and ahead of the router requires, because those pull
in db.js, which opens SQLite at module load. A failed rename is silent and the
old directory keeps being used: an unfashionable directory name beats a blank
database beside an unreachable one. Same treatment for the port-discovery file
(`.agent-dashboard.json` → `.agenthub.json`, old one dropped on write).

Not renamed on purpose: the Sagi localStorage keys (renaming silently resets
everyone's prefs) and the PWA manifest `id` (changing it orphans an installed
app).

**MCP server.** 4 tool calls in 46 days across 577,132 events, against 4,556
lines of TypeScript, a 2 MB committed build artifact, and a pre-commit guard
that had already blocked commits twice. Deleted: `mcp/`, the maintainer skills
and `mcp-reviewer` agent, the build check, `plugins/agenthub/.mcp.json`,
`docs/MCP.md`, 12 npm scripts, 5 Makefile targets, and every doc section
describing it.

Kept, because they are unrelated things sharing the name: the Config
Explorer's MCP tab and its API, per-lane Playwright MCP, the agenthub-config
plugin's MCP audit, and the historical `mcp__plugin_agenthub_*` events that
analytics must keep attributing.

Verified: server 1432/1432, client 459/459, tsc clean, prettier clean. Both
directions of the migration proven — a sandbox-HOME test run leaves the legacy
directory untouched, and a real boot moves it with its contents intact.

nntrivi2001 11dcc04ac4 fix(cc-config): one account is one profile, and rename it in place
Four defects, all from one design mistake: a profile's display name and its
filename were the same string.

- Saving the logged-in account made a SECOND profile of an account another
profile already held. Both then reported themselves active, so there was
nothing to switch between. `POST /profiles` now refuses `EDUPLICATE` and
names the profile that already holds the account. Re-saving into the
account's own profile stays allowed - that is the token-refresh path.
- Worse, an accidental duplicate could not be cleaned up: two profiles of one
account are both active, and the delete guard refused any active profile, so
neither was ever deletable. The guard now blocks only the LAST saved copy of
the live account, which is the actual credential-loss condition it exists
for. The trash button had to follow, or the server would allow what the UI
  hid.
- A name could not contain spaces or diacritics, because it had to be
filename-safe. A profile now carries `name` (internal identifier, still the
filename, still what every route takes) and `label` (what the user reads and
edits: 1-60 free-form characters, control characters rejected, stored
trimmed, unique case-insensitively). A label never touches a path, which is
what makes "Tài khoản chính" a legal name.
- Naming happened up front in a "save current account as" field. That field is
gone. The server derives the identifier, the save button lives on the live
account's card and appears only while it is unsaved, and the label is edited
by clicking it (Enter saves, Escape cancels).

Renaming rewrites the label in place and deliberately does NOT move `name`, so
it cannot half-fail and leave a profile unreachable. Profiles written before
labels existed report `label` equal to their `name`, so nothing needs migrating.

Adds `PATCH /api/cc-config/profiles`; `POST` now takes an optional `name`.

Verified: server 1431/1431 (11 new), client 459/459, tsc clean. Also exercised
end to end against a COPY of the real profile store on this machine: the
duplicate deleted, the last copy still refused, a Vietnamese label accepted,
and the stored access/refresh tokens and 0600 mode intact after a rename.

nntrivi2001 4bc77ded17 feat(cc-config): switch between Claude Code accounts, keeping the workspace
Adds a "Switch profile" button left of Backups on /settings?tool=claude-code.
A *profile* is one Anthropic account - one quota - saved under a name, so the
local `claude` CLI can be pointed at a different account without disturbing
anything else.

A switch swaps exactly two identity artifacts and nothing more: `claudeAiOauth`
inside `<CLAUDE_HOME>/.credentials.json`, and `oauthAccount` + `userID` inside
the `.claude.json` config file(s). Those files are key-merged in place, and only
where they already exist, so `projects`/`numStartups`/everything else survives.
Skills, subagents, commands, memory, plugins, marketplaces, MCP servers and
settings are never read or written here - that is what makes a switch keep the
whole workspace and change only the account. `mcpOAuth` stays put too: those are
the machine's MCP server tokens, not account identity.

Profiles are one JSON file each under `<CLAUDE_HOME>/agenthub-profiles/` (dir
0700, files 0600, atomic temp+rename) and hold live OAuth tokens, so no route
ever returns token material - `GET /profiles` answers identity metadata only.

The dashboard cannot log an account in; only `claude auth login` mints tokens.
Adding a profile is therefore always "log in from a terminal, then snapshot what
the CLI wrote". `activateProfile` re-snapshots the outgoing account first so
tokens Claude Code refreshed since its last save are not lost, and refuses
(`EUNSAVED`) to switch away from an account that was never saved - that would
discard the only copy of its credentials. A switch applies to new sessions only,
since a running session rewrites the config on exit.

Routes: GET/POST/DELETE /api/cc-config/profiles, POST /profiles/activate.

Verified: server 1420/1420 (14 new, incl. token-free responses and 0600/0700
permissions), client 459/459.

nntrivi2001 17d56d0e01 refactor!: rebrand CCAM to AgentHub
Clean break, no compatibility alias. Renames the product name, the CLI
binary (`ccam` -> `agenthub`), the env var prefix (`CCAM_` ->
`AGENTHUB_`), the Prometheus metric namespace (`ccam_*` ->
`agenthub_*`), the tmux session prefix (`ccam-lane-<id>` ->
`agenthub-lane-<id>`), the per-repo runtime profile directory
(`.ccam/profile` -> `.agenthub/profile`), the lanes state root
(`~/.claude/ccam-lanes` -> `~/.claude/agenthub-lanes`), the bundled
plugins (`plugins/ccam*` -> `plugins/agenthub*`) and their slash
commands (`/ccam-doctor` -> `/agenthub-doctor`, `/ccam:*` ->
`/agenthub:*`).

Because there is no alias, an existing install has to be updated by
hand: rename its `.ccam/profile` directory and any `CCAM_*` variables,
and reinstall the plugin under its new name.

Two other name families are deliberately left alone here, since they are
not just strings: the `Claude-Code-Monitor` repository/marketplace name,
and the `agent-dashboard` npm package plus its `~/.claude/agent-dashboard`
runtime directory, which holds the live database and needs a migration
rather than a rename.

Verified: server 1406/1406, client 459/459, `grep -i ccam` clean across
tracked files, `openapi.yaml` regenerated (95 paths, unchanged count).

nntrivi2001 677cdf007b feat(cc-config): list a plugin's skills, agents and commands by name
A plugin card showed "7 skills, 5 agents" and nothing more — the counts
were the whole story, so finding out WHICH skills a plugin ships meant
opening its install directory by hand. The contribution chips are now
buttons: clicking one expands a list naming each artifact with its
description, one surface open at a time. Commands render with their
slash. Hooks stay a plain chip — a plugin's hooks are matcher/command
pairs declared inline in plugin.json, not named artifacts.

`contributes.items` carries the four surfaces server-side; the existing
counts keep their type and are now derived from those lists, so a chip
reading "3 commands" can never sit beside a list holding two.

That also fixes a real blind spot. Each surface was read only from the
conventional install subdirectory, but plugin.json may declare its own
paths — this repo's own `ccam` lists three files under
plugins/ccam/commands/ and keeps commands/ empty, so it reported zero
commands. Both sources are now read and de-duplicated. A declared path
resolving outside the plugin's install directory is dropped: a manifest
is third-party data and must not turn the dashboard into an arbitrary
file reader.

Also pins the Refresh button's width: both labels share one grid cell so
the button is always as wide as "Refreshing…" / "Đang làm mới…" and no
longer resizes the toolbar when the state flips. Measuring the longest
real string beats a min-width that would be wrong in the next language.

Verified: npm run test:server (1370 tests, +6 for the new discovery),
npm run test:client (457, +3 for the expand behaviour), tsc --noEmit,
prettier and check-headers clean. Docs synced: docs/API.md, openapi.yaml
(new CcConfigPluginItem schema), ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/PLUGINS.md.

nntrivi2001 965c62c5cf fix(workspace): stop the console remounting, and the idle polling re-renders
The Workspace page rendered `ConsoleArea` from two sites, picked by
`currentLane`. Every flip of that value unmounted the whole console
subtree and mounted it again at the other site: the terminal died, the
run history went with it, and `LaneConsolePane`'s lane-switch effect
wiped a half-typed prompt. It flipped on every page load (lanes arrive,
`refreshLanes` selects `lanes[0]`), on a lane being removed, and on any
refetch that re-picked the selection.

`lane-detail` is now always rendered and holds the only `ConsoleArea`;
the header and info block are the conditional parts. Same rule the
RunConsole already followed one level down — collapse with CSS, never by
unmounting — now enforced above it too.

Second half: every poller fed `setState` a brand-new object graph each
tick, re-rendering the lane strip, the card and the console area several
times a minute on a completely idle dashboard. `keepIfSame` keeps the
previous reference when the payload is value-identical, applied to the
5 s run/session poll, the lane list and counts, the `lane_update` WS
branch, and LaneCard's git/runtime/locks pollers.

Verified: npm run test:client (44 files / 454 tests), tsc --noEmit
clean, check-headers.sh clean. The Run screen snapshot was regenerated —
the diff is the added `<section>` wrapper and one indent level, no
content change.

nntrivi2001 20d85d3450 feat(workflows): pick a lane in the pipeline pass-rate panel
The panel aggregated every lane at once, which answers "does this stage get
proved across the project" but never "does THIS lane prove it". A lane picker
now narrows the same aggregation through ?lane=<id> on
GET /api/lanes/pipeline-stats, counting that lane plus its own archived
features — dropping the features would hide most of a lane's history the moment
it starts its next one.

The response carries a `lanes` array that the filter never narrows: it
populates the picker, so it has to keep offering every other lane even while
the counts show one. For the same reason the picker renders above the empty
branch rather than inside the populated one — narrowing to a lane that has
recorded nothing would otherwise be a one-way trip, with no control left to
select anything else. A lane filter that is not a positive integer is rejected
with 400 EBADLANE rather than silently aggregating everything.

nntrivi2001 79e56c3221 feat(workflows): drop the Tool Execution Flow sankey
The d3-sankey tool-transition chart was the last of the deep harness-internals
visualizations issue #6 set out to remove: a wall of bands showing that Read
tends to precede Edit, with nothing a reader could act on. It goes, along with
its i18n keys in both locales and the now-orphaned d3-sankey dependency.

The workflows API response is untouched — `toolFlow` still ships in the
aggregate and still feeds the Dashboard's top-tools list. Remaining sections
renumber 4-9.

nntrivi2001 348c645ef3 feat(workflows): pipeline pass rates and skill/plugin usage
Restores the five analytics sections that turned out to be worth keeping
(patterns, model delegation, error propagation, session complexity, compaction
impact) and reworks what the page opens on.

The lane panel no longer mirrors the Workspace's live lane strip. It now
answers the question the strip cannot: how often each pipeline node actually
passes. GET /api/lanes/pipeline-stats aggregates every stage record of every
lane AND every archived feature — a lane's own `stages` only holds its current
feature, so without the archive the history resets each time a lane starts new
work. Evidence-backed passes are counted apart from bare claims, the same line
the pipeline map draws between `done` and `passed-no-evidence`.

Beside it, GET /api/workflows/skill-usage reports which skills and plugins the
sessions actually reach for. Only PreToolUse rows are counted: every call also
emits a PostToolUse, and counting both would double every number. A plugin's
total includes calls to the MCP tools it ships, so one used purely through MCP
does not read as unused.

Still dropped from issue #6: the agent collaboration network and the subagent
effectiveness scorecards.

nntrivi2001 4a0f99583d feat(workflows): show lane pipelines, drop the deep analytics charts
The Workflows page rendered eleven charts of Claude Code harness internals
(collaboration network, subagent effectiveness, patterns, model delegation,
error propagation, concurrency, complexity, compaction). Too specialized to
read and nothing to act on, so they are gone along with their i18n keys.

What is left is what a reader can act on: headline stats, Workflow-tool runs,
the spawning DAG, the tool flow and the per-session drill-in — plus a new
first section for this dashboard's OWN pipelines. LanePipelinePanel renders a
horizontally scrolling lane strip and the selected lane's PipelineMap,
reusing the Workspace components so a stage looks identical on both pages.

The panel is read-only: the console-never-writes-a-stage boundary applies
here too, so every lane action stays on the Workspace page. The workflows API
response shape is untouched.

nntrivi2001 bcfeeb5140 feat(sessions): merge the activity feed into a tab on /sessions
Sessions and Activity Feed are two views of the same event pipeline, so
they now share one page: /sessions renders a tab bar (Sessions | Activity
Feed) with the active view in the ?view= query param, and /activity
redirects to /sessions?view=events. The sidebar entry is dropped.

The tab bar itself moves out of SettingsHub into components/PageTabs so
both hubs share it, and DocumentTitle loses the two branches for paths
that now only redirect.

Cursor placeholders. Active tab lives in the ?tool= query param, and the

standalone sidebar entry is dropped.

nntrivi2001 008ebf1c5c feat(cc-config): manage plugins, marketplaces, hooks and settings from the dashboard
The Claude Config page was read-only for these four surfaces. It can now:

- register a marketplace from a pasted GitHub `owner/repo`, http(s) URL or
absolute path, and install / enable / disable / update / uninstall plugins,
  all delegated to the `claude plugin …` CLI so its registry stays consistent;
- edit hooks and settings.json keys in the user, project and project-local
  layers.

Server:

- `server/lib/cc-plugin-cli.js` wraps the CLI with `execFile` and an explicit
argv array — never a shell string. Every argument is validated before the
spawn (shape allowlist per kind, no control characters, no leading `-`, no
`..`), `CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR` is pinned to the dashboard's CLAUDE_HOME, stdin is
closed so a prompt errors instead of hanging, and mutating calls are
  serialized in-process.
- `cc-mutate.patchSettings` merges individual dotted keys into one settings
layer. It re-reads the file unredacted, so keys the UI never displayed —
including secret-valued ones — survive byte-for-byte. A payload carrying the
`<redacted>` placeholder is refused (EREDACTED), as are `__proto__` /
`prototype` / `constructor` segments; a settings file that does not parse is
reported (EBADJSON) rather than clobbered. Backup first, then atomic write.
- Six additive routes on /api/cc-config; a non-zero CLI exit is a 422 carrying
  the CLI's own message, a missing binary a 503.

Client: install/add bars, per-card plugin and marketplace actions behind a
two-click confirm, and edit modes for hooks and settings that send only the
keys that changed. New i18n keys in en + vi; the explainer banners that said
these surfaces were read-only now describe what the writes actually do.

Tests: 61 new server tests (CLI argv construction and validation, the settings
key-merge, and the six routes against a fake `claude` on PATH).

this environment: Node 22+'s built-in --experimental-webstorage localStorage

localStorage. Disabled via a Node-major-gated poolOptions.forks.execArgv so
Node 20/21 test runs are unaffected.

nntrivi2001 8ce20e8163 feat(dashboard): merge Analytics into Dashboard, remove Kanban Board
Closes issue #5 (Dashboard | Update menu & page):
- Analytics content (heatmap, sparkline, token/cost/workflow/productivity
charts) moves into a new "Analytics" tab on the Dashboard page, alongside
the existing Monitor/Health tabs. The standalone Analytics page, its
/analytics route, and its sidebar menu entry are removed.
- The Kanban Board page, its /kanban route, and its sidebar menu entry are
removed entirely (page content deleted, not just hidden).
- Updated ARCHITECTURE.md, README.md, client/README.md, docs/API.md, and
the affected client tests/snapshots to match.

nntrivi2001 b7c573f8d9 feat(plugin): ship the repo's skills as ccam plugin skills
The repo root already IS the `ccam` plugin root (`"source": "./"`), so the
conventional `skills/` dir at the root is the plugin's skills dir — while
`.claude/skills/` only loaded for a session whose cwd was inside this
checkout. That is useless for a lane working in another repo, which is why
`ccam skills install` existed at all.

Move all seven skills to `skills/`: they now reach every plugin user as
`/ccam:<name>` (bare `/<name>` as an alias). `ccam skills install` stays as
the fallback for a plain checkout without the plugin, sourcing from the new
path.

Agents deliberately do NOT move. A plugin agent is addressed as
`ccam:qc-local`, which would break the `subagent_type: qc-local` references
in ship-feature-lane; `ccam lanes agents install` keeps writing them into the
lane's own `.claude/agents/`, the highest-priority agent source. MCP was
already plugin-shipped via `plugins/ccam/.mcp.json`.

Mechanical fallout: ~115 source files carry a doc-comment pointer to
`.claude/skills/file-headers/`, repointed to `skills/file-headers/`. The
generic Claude Code config-surface examples in openapi/cc-config (`.claude/
skills/code-reviewer`) describe any user's layout and are left alone.

Also fixes the two file-headers scripts, whose `ROOT=` climbed four levels
from `.claude/skills/file-headers/scripts/` and would have escaped the repo
from the new depth — it scanned sibling projects until corrected to three.

npm run test:server (1160 pass), test:client (422 pass), mcp:typecheck,
mcp:build + mcp:check-build all green.

nntrivi2001 16bef7f9a1 feat(lanes): add lane tools menu and header liveness/age indicator
Move the rare destructive lane actions behind a LaneToolsMenu next to
the lane header, and show a liveness dot + status label + stage age
inline in the header instead of only in the card grid.

nntrivi2001 43d4989f1e fix(workspace): allow collapsing lane detail in single-pane layout, fix invisible scrollbar track
Detail toggle was hidden and info forced-visible whenever layout was
single-pane; user needed the ability to hide it too. Scrollbar track
color matched the page background (surface-0), making it invisible —
moved it to surface-2 so the track reads against any surface.

nntrivi2001 4cc39f5069 feat(companion): rename Tabby companion to Sagi, replace cat avatar with mascot
Full rename across files, identifiers, CSS classes, and user-facing strings
(en/vi locales, ARCHITECTURE.md). Replaces the hand-drawn animated cat
avatar with the pig-superhero mascot artwork, split into parts to keep
per-eye cursor tracking and blink animation working; whole-mascot mood
transforms (breathe/bob/shake/tilt) and new zzz/bang/sparkle overlays
carry the rest of the mood expression since the traced art has no shared
palette to key off of.

nntrivi2001 2fe465e36f feat(run): lay out the Workspace lane strip as a horizontal row above the detail panel
The lane strip was a fixed-width vertical column beside the detail panel.
Flipped it to a horizontally scrolling row on top so the detail/console
area gets the full page width below it.

nntrivi2001 ab6d6410d5 fix(workspace): keep the console cwd on the selected lane's own folder
The cwd was synced only when laneId changed, but a pane can render before
GET /api/lanes has answered — split view restores its pane lanes from
localStorage, and layout 1 paints before the list loads. With no lane
resolved the field fell back to the home suggestion, and since laneId never
changed afterwards it stayed there. RunSetup submits that string verbatim to
POST /api/lanes/:id/start, so the run was started in the wrong folder.

Track the cwd in its own effect keyed on the resolved lane path rather than
on laneId, so it re-syncs as soon as the lane is known. The home default now
applies only while no lane is selected at all.

nntrivi2001 174c650624 feat(run): show externally started Claude sessions in the active-runs list
The Workspace active-runs list only knew about runs this dashboard spawned,
so two `claude` sessions started by hand in terminal tabs showed up nowhere —
the list read "no active runs" while two agents were working.

Poll GET /api/sessions?status=active alongside the run list and merge those
sessions in as live rows, deduped against dashboard runs by session_id and
filtered to local sources with a cwd (a remote-source or cwd-less session
cannot be resumed on this machine).

External rows get no Attach action: the dashboard owns no tmux session for
them, so there is no PTY to bridge. They offer Resume, which reuses the
existing ensure-lane + start-with-resumeSessionId path to spawn a new
tmux-backed `claude --resume` in that folder — a second process on the same
transcript, not a view of the original terminal.

nntrivi2001 39572aa04c fix(workspace): stop the pipeline map from overflowing the detail panel
The lane-detail section is a flex-1 row item next to the lane list, but
lacked min-w-0. A flex item's intrinsic min-width defaults to its
content size, so PipelineMap's 16-node row (which relies on flex-1
min-w-0 truncate per node to shrink) pushed the whole panel wider than
its allotted space instead of compressing, spilling nodes off-screen.

nntrivi2001 3ae0d00b0c fix(workspace): stop false stage-mismatch warning, cap info panel height
Undeclared lanes default stage to the DB sentinel "idle", which never
matches a pipeline node — skip the mismatch warning in that case
instead of showing a false lane-action-failed banner. Also cap the
expandable lane-info block so it can't squeeze the console/split-view
out of the fixed-height detail panel.

nntrivi2001 a2b5fa4669 fix(workspace): move lane list to a vertical column beside detail panel
The detail panel (LaneCard/PipelineMap/proof gallery/console) could
grow tall enough to visually crowd out the lane-strip carousel above
it once a run was attached in split view. Move the lane list into its
own scrolling vertical column beside the detail panel instead of
stacking it above, so neither can cover the other; also collapse the
info block by default in 2/4-pane split view (toggle to expand) and
move the pane-count control into the detail header.

nntrivi2001 6f22aed47c refactor: dedupe split-view render, strengthen persistence test
- Extract ConsoleArea helper to eliminate ~60 lines of duplicated layout
toggle + grid rendering shared between currentLane and !currentLane branches
- Fix persistence test to validate the component's actual write path instead
of manually re-seeding localStorage (proves writeSplitViewState is called)
- Remove orphaned grid/pane code left by incomplete merge

nntrivi2001 d542fbbf4b fix: satisfy strict null checks in new split-view tests
Use proper guards before indexing getAllByTestId results. Store the array
in a variable first and assert the element is defined before using it, to
satisfy noUncheckedIndexedAccess strictness.

nntrivi2001 764dc6a7b5 test(workspace): add split terminal view tests with corrected expectations
Added comprehensive tests for the split-terminal-view feature:
- Default 1-pane layout (no multi-pane UI)
- Switching to 2-pane and 4-pane layouts
- Persisting layout and lane selections to localStorage
- Fallback behavior when persisted lane IDs no longer exist

Fixed test expectation: when a persisted lane ID no longer exists and falls back
to unselected (null), both panes render as empty (pane-empty), not just one.

Updated Run snapshot to reflect the new layout toggle buttons.

nntrivi2001 14f116bf00 fix: keep RunSetup reachable with zero lanes, fix snapshot handling
Fixes regression from Tasks 1-2:
1. Run.defaultCwd.test.tsx was failing because LaneConsolePane wasn't
rendering when no lane was selected (in layout-1 with zero lanes).
2. Added fallback rendering of LaneConsolePane in Workspace when
!currentLane, so RunSetup stays reachable on fresh install.
3. Fixed early-return condition in LaneConsolePane to only show
   dropdown-only placeholder when showLaneSelector=true && laneId=null
(split-view mode), not in layout-1 mode.
4. Added useEffect to sync cwd state with defaultCwd when it changes
   asynchronously from parent.
5. Updated LaneConsolePane tests to reflect correct behavior.
6. Regenerated snapshot to match layout-1 output.

nntrivi2001 b0bfc66d65 fix(workspace): auto-set cwd when a lane is selected from the strip

cwd to that lane's own working directory.

nntrivi2001 d581705eb0 fix(workspace): restore View button functionality and clean up dead props
Fix two issues identified in code review:

1. Critical: onViewFromHistory was a silent no-op. Now navigates to the
SessionDetail page using the same route pattern as the external link in
RunHistory, allowing users to view a finished run's transcript.

2. Important: Removed dead slashCommands={[]} prop from RunSetup invocation.
Made slashCommands optional in RunSetupProps to maintain type safety while
reflecting that the discovery logic was removed.

All tests pass (396 client, 1152 server).

nntrivi2001 cb8800fa31 fix(client): clean up leftover pre-TerminalView dead code and type errors in Workspace.tsx
`npm run test:client` (Vitest/esbuild) doesn't type-check, so several
tasks' incomplete cleanup of the old RunConsole-era code in
Workspace.tsx (SlashCommand/BUILTIN_SLASH_COMMANDS references, old
RunStatus values, a stray `mode` field, a wrong `prompt` vs
`initialPrompt` key) went unnoticed through every review until `tsc
--noEmit` was run directly. Also fixes a stale `RunStatusPayload.exitCode`
read in Tabby's brain.ts and dangling RunStreamPayload/RunInputAckPayload
references left in types.ts.
